MisNotasCookie policy
This policy explains which cookies and which data stored in your browser MisNotas uses in the web portal (portalmisnotas.app and the MINEDUC and administration panels). It complements the Privacy policy. This is a translation; if there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file the site stores in your browser, which the browser sends back on every visit. It is used, for example, so you don't have to type your password on every screen. Local storage is similar, but it stays in your browser and is not sent to the server.
2. We only use necessary cookies
All the portal's cookies are necessary: without them you cannot sign in or use the platform securely. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not share these cookies with third parties. That is why the notice you see when you arrive is informational only and does not ask you to accept or reject: if we ever add a cookie that is not necessary, we will ask for your permission before using it.
This website (misnotasenclase.com) does not store cookies. The mobile app does not use cookies: it keeps your session and preferences (language, colors) on the phone itself.

Besides cookies, the portal keeps a few screen preferences in your browser only:

5. How to delete them
You can delete cookies and stored data from your browser settings. If you do, you will be signed out and the cookie notice will appear again. If you block them, you will not be able to sign in to the portal.
